WEB DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AGREEMENT

1.1 Non-Refund Policy: Advance payment of ₹2,400 is 100% non-refundable once project work has commenced. This covers initial development costs and resource allocation.

1.2 Work Commencement: Development work will begin only after advance payment is received and confirmed in developer's account.

1.3 Final Payment Requirement: Complete project files, source code, and ownership transfer will happen only after receiving final payment of ₹5,600.

1.4 Late Payment Charges: Payments delayed beyond 7 days from due date will incur 2% monthly interest charges on outstanding amount.

1.5 Currency & Payment Methods: All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) only through bank transfer, UPI, or mutually agreed methods.

1.6 Payment Confirmation: Official receipt will be provided for all payments. Work progress depends on payment confirmation.

1.7 Ownership Transfer: Complete ownership, including source code, admin panels, and hosting access, transfers only after 100% payment completion.

1.8 Payment Security: All financial transactions will be documented and receipts maintained for legal purposes.

2.1 Confirmed Completion Date: Project will be 100% completed and ready for delivery on July 2, 2025. This is a firm commitment from developer.

2.2 Weekly Progress Updates: Client will receive detailed progress reports every Friday via email with screenshots and development status.

2.3 Client Response Time: Client must respond to developer queries within 48 hours to maintain project timeline and delivery schedule.

2.4 Milestone Approvals: Each major development phase requires client approval before proceeding to next stage.

2.5 Content Dependency: Timeline may extend if client delays in providing required content, images, or feedback beyond agreed timeframes.

2.7 Go-Live Coordination: Actual website launch date will be coordinated with client after final payment and ownership transfer.

3.1 Content Provision: Client must provide all required content including text, images, logos, company information, and product details in digital format within 3 days of agreement signing.

3.2 Content Ownership: Client must ensure all provided content is original or properly licensed. Client is responsible for any copyright violations.

3.3 Timely Feedback: Client must provide feedback and approvals within 48 hours of receiving developer updates to maintain project timeline.

3.4 Payment Obligations: Client must make payments according to agreed schedule. Delays in payment will affect project delivery and ownership transfer.

3.5 Design Input: Client should provide UI/design preferences, color schemes, and reference websites if any specific design requirements exist.

5.3 Strict Restrictions: Client cannot add additional websites, subdomains, landing pages, or use hosting for file storage purposes.

5.4 Violation Consequences: Any violation of hosting terms will result in immediate hosting termination without notice or refund.

5.5 Hosting Renewal: After free period, hosting renewal available at ₹3,000/year with same terms and restrictions.

5.6 Backup Services: Weekly automatic backups of all websites included. Client can request backup restoration if needed.
